And speaking of NBC, this first trailer for the Tina Fey series they didn't want, it is very obvious why NBC passed on the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: this looks good. It looks funny. It looks like the sort of thing you'd expect from the makers of 30 Rock. It's got that cartoonish vibe that they somehow manage to make feel more realistic than a Law & Order spin off, and is filled with actors that you know you can count on to make with the funny. Having Fey provide that funny certainly acts in it's favour too. Schmidt happens (sorry, it was asking for it) on March 6, on Netflix.
